The deadline for abstract submission is 31 JULY 2026.
Please write your abstract using Objectives, Materials and Methods, Results, and Conclusions.
The abstract text should be no longer than 2500 characters or 300 words.
Authors will be notified of acceptance within three weeks of receiving their abstracts.
Invitation letters are issued after completed registration and payment.
To request an invitation letter, email coordinator@eventscons.com with registration form, payment proof and passport scan copy.
The Organizing Committee has no control over visa application decisions.
